Low Carb Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Vitamin C: this antioxidant is important for a healthy immune system and healthy bones. Plus, vitamin C is needed in order to produce collagen, a protein that supports beautiful skin.
This hormone balancing smoothie will have you feeling AMAZING! This smoothie is loaded with anti-inflammatory goodness, brain feeling ingredients & hormone balancing deliciousness. The ingredients are truly healing & nourishing.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup canned or fresh pumpkin purée (not pie mix)
1 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
1 scoop protein – Perfect Supplements collagen powder is my fave
1/4 cup full fat coconut cream (optional)
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice mix
1-2tsp honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp MCT oil or coconut oil
1TBSP ground flax seeds (Optional but excellent addition if you have estrogen dominance)
Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until well combined and smooth. Enjoy!
