I’ve been a trainer for 20 years, so healthy living has always been a passion of mine. But after having my second child about 8 years ago I realized I had to find a way to make fitness a PART of my life, not make fitness my life. I was determined to find a way to BALANCE it all. So I decided to make some changes. I decreased my time working out, focused on the RIGHT workouts, added calories back into my diet, and began working to balance my metabolic fat fighting hormones. I saw changes almost immediately and the fat literally started melting off…while breastfeeding!
That’s when I enrolled at the National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP) and became a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and started Bellatrix Fitness & Nutrition. I had to share this with other busy women and moms trying to get healthy but having a hard time balancing it all.
