Q: How long will it take me to go through the entire program? A: The Hormone+Metabolic Reset is a full 8-week program.
Q: How much time per week do I need to set aside to complete the program? A: You will need to set aside at least 3-4 hours a week to prep food and get organized with your meal plans.
Q: I’m going to be out of town next month, will I fall too far behind? A: NOPE! This is about being flexible and doing what you can versus doing nothing. I’ll be here to help you implement strategies while you travel or attend events/parties. Plus, you have lifetime access to the materials and your own private log in to our membership site, so you can start and stop as you need to.
Q: How do I know if this program is right for me?
